Eagles HVAC, a family-owned and operated service company, is looking for a top HVAC Service Technician who loves helping customers and wants to become one of the highest compensated technicians in the industry.

Here’s more about who we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of HVAC Service and Maintenance experience
• Journeyman license or the ability to obtain one within 6 months
• A humble, servant attitude, and a hunger to learn and grow your skills
• Ability and willingness to communicate effectively with customers and teammates
• Basic understanding of duct system, design, sizing, and static pressure
• Well-organized with good time management skills and the ability to multi-task

Learn more about what you’d be doing at Eagles HVAC as a Service Technician:

• Properly diagnose HVAC and Water Heater problems and implement repairs
• Learn, Practice, Replicate, and Implement the Eagles Service Process
• Build rapport and become your customer’s Trusted Advisor so you may provide solutions to improve their comfort, health, safety, and energy efficiency
• Perform Combustion and other testing/inspections to ensure a safe indoor environment
• Excitedly present the Eagles Membership Program and educate customers about plan benefits
• Actively participate in training classes, meetings, and the mentoring and training of teammates
